Use of the service
SeatInfo provides seat-map information, live availability, AI recommendations, and community content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape, resell, or misuse the data.
Accuracy and guidance
Seat data is provided for guidance. Aircraft, configurations, and availability can change at any time, including aircraft swaps by the airline. SeatInfo is not liable for decisions made based on the information shown. Always confirm with your airline.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Subscriptions
SeatInfo Pro is billed in advance and renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Community content
You retain ownership of reviews and photos you submit, and grant SeatInfo a license to display and aggregate them. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
