This page explains how to cancel SeatInfo Pro, what happens to your account afterwards, and how we handle refunds.
Cancelling SeatInfo Pro
SeatInfo Pro is billed in advance and renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Terms and Conditions
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You will not be charged again after cancelling, and you keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
SeatInfo Pro does not offer refunds for partial or unused billing periods. When you cancel, your subscription simply does not renew. There is no charge for stopping, and no refund for time already paid.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@seatinfo.com and we will look into it directly.
What happens after you cancel
Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. You keep full access to all free features, including to-scale seat maps and flight-number search, for as long as you use SeatInfo. Only the Pro-specific features (live seat availability, cabin filtering, four-way comparisons) stop at the end of your paid period.
