Live seat map by flight number

Search a flight and see the real cabin: which seats are taken, which are still open, and which ones are worth asking for.

How it works

How live seat availability works

Type a flight number like EK202 or BA117. SeatInfo identifies the aircraft operating that flight, loads its to-scale seat map, and overlays live availability on top, which seats are already taken, and which are still open right now.

Availability reflects the airline's current seat-selection data and refreshes when you search, so you're looking at the cabin as it stands today, not a static chart from months ago. Aircraft swaps are caught too: if the airline changes the plane on your route, the map you see matches the aircraft actually flying.

Every open seat also carries its rating from our seat data, recommended, caution, or avoid, plus pitch, width, and window alignment. So you're not just finding a free seat. You're finding the best seat still free.

Check available seats before you book

Seat-selection fees only make sense when a seat worth paying for is still open. Search your flight before you commit: if the exit rows and aligned-window seats are already gone, that's worth knowing while you can still choose a different flight, date, or fare class.

The emptier-cabin trick: comparing two evening departures on the same route? The one with the emptier map usually means a quieter cabin, and better odds of a free middle seat next to you. Frequent flyers check the live map for exactly this before picking which flight to book.
